1) About
The Executive Agency for Innovation and Networks manages EU infrastructure and research programs in the fields of transport, energy and telecommunications. In the area of energy, INEA proomotes secure energy supply, competitive and integrated EU energy market, sustainable energy supply (more energy from renewable sources, lower greenhouse gas emissions and higher energy efficiency) and safe energy (ensuring Europe’s energy installations meet safety standards). The Digital Single Market strategy aims to open up digital opportunities for people and business and enhance Europe’s position as a world leader in the digital economy.
