On 16 March 2022, The UNESCO Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions (2005) is an international standard-setting instrument that recognizes the sovereign right of states to formulate and implement policies and measures that support the emergence of dynamic and diverse cultural sectors. the International Fund for Cultural Diversity (IFCD) launches its 13th call for funding requests.
