Description
1) Objective
In line with the objectives specified in the programme document. the global objective of this call for proposals is to promote good neighbourly relations, foster union integration and enhance hte socio-economic development of the programme cross-border area through social and economic inclusion of specific groups. especially youth. and the competitiveness of tourism.
As a result of a decision made by the JMC of the programme on 23 November 2023, out of the two thematic priorities of the programme document:
- Priority 1: Investing in youth, education and skills
- Priority 2: Encouraging tourism and cultural and natural heritage
2) Eligibility
In order to be eligible for a grant, the lead applicant must: (1) be a legal person and (2) be a specific type of organisation such as: government units, national parks, ministries and national agencies, agencies for local and/or regional development, civil society organisations, etc. and (3) be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with the co-applicant(s) and affiliated entity(ies), not acting as an intermediary.
3) Location
Actions can take place in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
4) Budget
The overall indicative amount made available under this call for proposals is €9,000,000. Any grant requested under this call for proposals must fall between the minimum €180,000 and maximum €600,000. Any grant requested under this call for proposals must fall between the minimum (60%) and maximum (85%) percentage of total eligible costs of the action.
5) Application
The concept note together with the declaration by the lead applicant must be submitted online via PROSPECT. The deadline for the submission is 10 January 2025.
