Description
1) Objective
The purpose of the activity is to implement Liberia’s community health assistant program in targeted counties, in alignment to and in coordination with Liberia’s national community health program. This program will improve and sustain equitable access to an essential package of integrated quality services at the community level to reduce preventable morbidity and mortality.
2) Eligibility
Eligibility is unrestricted.

Actions must take place in Liberia.
4) Budget
SAID intends to award one (1) Cooperative Agreement pursuant to this notice of funding opportunity. Subject to funding availability and at the discretion of the Agency, USAID intends to provide up to $23,000,000 in total USAID funding over five (5) years in two periods.
