Description

1) Objective

The microproject support program carried out by La Guilde in partnership with the French Development Agency (AFD), the CIRRMA, the RRMA and the Agir Sa Vie Foundation, offers you a new call for multi-thematic projects to allow you to set up development projects.

Projects must:

  • have an implementation period between 1 and 3 years (monitoring and evaluation phases included)
  • present upcoming and non-past or ongoing activities (if activities have already taken place in the past, they are to be summarized in the historical part of the project). Expenditure will be eligible from the closing date of the call for projects.
    be co-constructed with a local partner (moral and non-physical grouping: association, cooperative, management committee, etc.) and be the subject of a partnership agreement signed by each party.
  • concern all the themes of development aid (access to water, health, agriculture, education, etc.). Projects using sport as development tools are eligible.

2) Eligibility

Organisations must: (1) be under French law, of law 1901 pubed in the official journal (or at the Tribunal d’Instance for the associations of Lorraine and Alsace); (2) have more than 2 years of seniority on the closing date of the session have annual resources of less than 200,000 euros (N-1 income statements validated by the last General Assembly); (3) have a legal existence and a clean accounting (for the regional antennas of national structures); (4) not to intervene in the context of decentralised cooperation (twinning committees are not eligible).

3) Location

Projects must be carried out in a country eligible for the OECD Development Assistance Committee. Projects in France and Mali are not eligible. Regarding Burkina Faso and Niger, projects covering primarily the sectors of health, nutrition, water/hygiene/sanitation and youth (and subject to validation by the AFD) are eligible.

4) Budget

Two financing thresholds are possible: Between €3,000 and €12,500: for all associations that meet the eligibility criteria; Between €3,000 and €20,000: for associations respecting the eligibility criteria that have already benefited from funding Microprojects of La
