Description
1) Objective
The Implementing Partner should plan and work to provide safe access to a comprehensive range of educational opportunities through various NFE programme components, including Self-Learning Programme (SLP), Remedial Classes (RC), Digital Learning (DL), Back To Learning (BTL) campaigns, and Early Childhood Education (ECE) programmes for OOSC and those at risk of dropping out in the suggested locations, ensuring they have full opportunity to re-engage in formal education. By the end of the project, all beneficiaries should have acquired a comprehensive set of 21st-century skills in Psycho-social Support (PSS), Life Skills, Social Cohesion, and the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) to advocate effectively for and communicate their vision and skills while engaging with their communities.
Additionally, all beneficiaries should understand Climate Change and be able to define and distinguish the most relevant greening skills and practices to protect their environment and community. In parallel, the proposal may also include providing light or moderate rehabilitation plans for damaged schools to re-involve such schools in the educational process, increasing OOSC opportunities to have safe access to their original schools. By the end of the project, at least 80% of beneficiaries will demonstrate improved literacy and numeracy skills or show improvement in learning outcomes based on the programs they are attending, and 70% will successfully reintegrate into formal education.
