Description
1) Objective
The Centre for Civic Education (CCE), through the HEART: Helping Empowerment and Resilience for Today’s Youth project, aims to support civil society organizations (CSOs) in Montenegro. The initiative focuses on combating peer violence and juvenile delinquency while fostering a culture of human rights, dialogue, and peaceful resolution of conflicts among the youth. By providing financial assistance and capacity-building opportunities, the program encourages CSOs to implement projects that address these issues and empower young people.
2) Eligibility
To qualify for this call, civil society organizations must have legal entity status, operate as non-profit entities, and be registered in Montenegro for at least 12 months before the proposal submission deadline. The organization must be based in Montenegro and directly responsible for preparing and managing the proposed project.
3) Location
Actions must take place in Montenegro.
4) Budget
It is planned that this Call will support five projects, with a total value of up to €35,000. The requested amount may cover up to 100% of eligible costs. If the requested amount is not supported at 100%, the difference must be covered by non-EU budget funds.
