Description
1) Objective
The “Stepan Gishyan” Charitable Foundation aims to promote the development of Armenian-French relations and strengthening of amicable relationships between the two countries and bring about positive change for the improvement and perfection of socio-economic, scientific, educational, cultural and healthcare systems in Armenia. To that end, the Foundation supports good and innovative ideas in the following thematic areas. (1) socio-economic development; (2) education and skills training; (3) health and medical services; and (4) arts and culture.
Projects must be aimed at strengthening the Armenian-French relations and promoting the creation of new jobs.
2) Eligibility
The applicant must be represented as a legal entity has been active in the field during at least the last two years.
3) Location
Actions must take place in Armenia.
4) Budget
The maximum amount of one grant is AMD 5,000,000 (app. $12,000). Projects must have a clear and realistic action plan and timetable (2 years). Please note that the grant does not include payment of salaries and other current, administrative, as well as repair and renovation costs.
5) Application
Proposal submission due date is 15 March 2023. Applications must be submitted via their online application form.
