Description
1) Objective
The UNICEF Pacific Multi-Country Office is seeking eligible Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) for prospective partnerships. These partnerships aim to support the achievement of results for children as outlined in the Country Program Document (CPD) 2023-2027:
- Cross Sectoral Areas: Communication for development, Emergency preparedness and disaster risk reduction, Emergency response and management
- Education: Education in emergencies
- Health: Health in emergencies
- Logistics: Distribution of supplies, including basic and domestic items, Logistics in emergencies
- Nutrition: Nutrition in emergencies
- Protection: Protection in emergencies
- Social Policy and Advocacy: Social safety nets
- WASH and Environment: WASH in emergencies
2) Eligibility
Eligible are CSOs/NGOs with sector and country experience.
3) Location
Actions must take place in Cook Islands, Fiji, Kiribati, Micronesia, Niue, Palau, Republic Of, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu.
4) Budget
The maximum budget that can be requested per country is USD 300,000 for the full project. If a CSO can respond to emergencies in multiple countries, the total budget requested can be the sum of USD 300,000 for each country. For example, if a CSO is responding in two countries, the maximum total budget requested would be USD 600,000.
5) Application
The application deadline is 6 September 2025. A concept note must be submitted online.
