Description
1) Objective
In line with the objectives specified in the programme document, the global objective of this call for proposals is: To promote good neighbourly relations, foster Union integration and contribute to social, economic and territorial development of the programme cross-border area by improving employment, labour mobility and social and cultural inclusion across borders; and developing sustainable tourism a stable, socially and economically developed cross-border region.
As a result of a decision made by the JMC of the programme on 19 December 2023, out of the two thematic priorities of the programme document :
- Priority 1: Employment, labour mobility and social and cultural inclusion across borders
- Priority 2: Tourism and cultural and natural heritage
2) Eligibility
In order to be eligible for a grant, the lead applicant must: (1) be a legal person and (2) be a specific type of organisation such as: government units, national parks, ministries and national agencies, agencies for local and/or regional development, civil society organisations, etc. and (3) be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with the co-applicant(s) and affiliated entity(ies), not acting as an intermediary.
3) Location
Actions can take place in Montenegro or Kosovo.
4) Budget
The overall indicative amount made available under this call for proposals is €5,400,000. Any grant requested under this call for proposals must fall between the minimum €200,000 and maximum €600,000. Any grant requested under this call for proposals must fall between the minimum (50%) and maximum (85%) percentage of total eligible costs of the action.
5) Application
The concept note together with the declaration by the lead applicant must be submitted online via PROSPECT. The deadline for the submission is 14 November 2024.
