Description
1) Objective
The global objective of this call for proposals is to contribute to healthy lives and the physical and mental well-being of persons living in Lebanon. The specific objective(s) of this call for proposals is/are: Improved equitable access to quality primary health care services.
The priority(ies) of this call for proposals is/are:
– To ensure continued access to quality primary health care services across national territory;
– To support increased access to quality mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) services at PHCCs including increase technical capacity building of front-line staff;
– To contribute to improved knowledge of health personnel on the status of energy use and efficiency at supported PHCCs;
– To promote harmonisation in the delivery of primary health care services part of the MoPH Primary Health Care Network;
2) Eligibility
In order to be eligible for a grant, the lead applicant must: (1) be a legal person and (2) be non-profit-making and (3) be a non-governmental organisation and (4) be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with the co-applicant(s) and affiliated entity(ies), not acting as an intermediary.
3) Location
Actions must take place in Lebanon.
4) Budget
The overall indicative amount made available under this call for proposals is €30,000,000. Any grant requested under this call for proposals must fall between the minimum €30,000,000 and maximum €30,000,000. Any grant requested under this call for proposals must fall between the minimum (96%) and maximum (98%) percentage of total eligible costs of the action. The initial planned duration of an action may not be lower than 18 months nor exceed 24 months.
