4) Budget
Their annual grant budget is around $500 million for an average of 450 grants ranging from $5,000 up to various million $.
4) Application
Their staff seek out and get to know innovative organisations, scholars, and creators before inviting them to submit a proposal for funding. Most Mellon grants are made through these invitations. Occasionally, they issue open calls for proposals (you can sign up for our emails to be notified).
