Description
1) Objective
This is Addendum 4 under the existing Active Communities – Effective States (ACES) Annual Program Statement (APS No. 7200AA19APS00010). Consistent with United States Government (USG) foreign policy objectives in Central America, through this Addendum 4 USAID/Honduras is requesting the submission of Concept Notes to support the Improved (Re)integration Services Activity. The purpose of this activity is to increase sustainable (re)integration of returned Honduran migrants and Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) to reduce irregular migration to the United States.
Effective (re)integration of returned migrants and IDPs in the Northern Central America countries is a high priority for the Biden Administration, the U.S. Congress, and migration advocates in the U.S. Addressing this priority requires helping ensure that returnees and IDPs find safety as well as satisfactory social services and economic opportunity in their communities of origin.

4) Budget
Total available funding is $15,500,000. Grants may range up to $15,500,000.
