InnoEnergy is the innovation engine for Europe’s energy industry. They invest in businesses and help develop innovative products, services, and solutions that have high commercial potential. They provide access to a deep pool of complementary skills and resources, and connect them to markets and commercial opportunities across Europe. Through their European network of industry experts, businesses and researchers they are able to: (1) give access to over 160 European project partners to support the development of new products; (2) provide investment funding to help make your project a reality; (3) identify market needs and potential customers; (4) shorten the time to market for innovative ideas; and (5) turn prototypes into commercial products within five years.
The proposal can be submitted by public and/or private consortia which have a project for an innovative sustainable energy product or service. Participation in consortia is open to any organization. The organizations that will apply for EIT eligibility will need to comply with EIT eligibility rules.

The KIC InnoEnergy funding allocation for the WP0 is limited to a maximum of €50,000. If there is a need for a higher funding this should be explained specifically. The co-funding thresholds are defined on an yearly basis and for 2019 the minimum amount of co-funding is required is 30%.

In case of a positive feedback you will receive a set of login credentials that will allow you access to the submission platform. Use the login credentials to log into the InnoEnergy Innovation Management system https://kic.sopheon.net and submit your application using the templates available on line. There are no deadlines.
