Bosnia and Herzegovina
Description
1) Objective
The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to deliver law enforcement training in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH). Over the next two calendar years INL Sarajevo will provide six (6) training courses to law enforcement in BiH.
Courses to be delivered have been identified via an assessment conducted by INL and from requests received from senior police officials. Courses include active threat (shooter), cybercrimes investigations, narcotics investigations, criminal intelligence/data analysis, corruption/financial crimes investigations, and digital forensics.
2) Eligibility
Eligible applicants include Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education.
3) Location
Actions must take place in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
4) Budget
The total funding available for the program is $430,000. The maximum award for any single grant is $375,000, while the minimum is $430,000.
5) Application
The application deadline is 2 February 2025. Applicants are encouraged to develop innovative and impactful proposals that align with the program’s objectives.
