Description
1) Objective
USAID/Liberia seeks to sustainably improve the delivery of quality health services through strengthened local health systems. Local stakeholders will be engaged to devise their own solutions for equitable delivery of quality healthcare services and increased transparency and accountability around health funding and management of health resources.
2) Eligibility
Eligibility is unrestricted.
3) Location
Actions must take place in Liberia.
4) Budget
SAID intends to award one (1) Cooperative Agreement pursuant to this notice of funding opportunity. Subject to funding availability and at the discretion of the Agency, USAID intends to provide up to $24,900,000 in total USAID funding over five (5) years in two periods.
5) Application
The deadline for submission is 5 October 2023. The first step is the submission of the PowerPoint slides that summarize the applicant’s proposal. Step two is the oral presentation of applications, while step three is the submission of the full proposal by selected applicants based on responsiveness to the NOFO and evaluated in accordance with the application review information provided in Section E. Successful applicants from the oral presentation will be requested to submit full applications which will be evaluated based on the criteria set out in this NOFO.
