Description
1) Objective
The U.S. Embassy in Eswatini, through the PEPFAR Coordination Office, invites applications for the PEPFAR Small Grants program aimed at enhancing National Level Coordination & Technical Support for the Community-led Monitoring (CLM) program. This initiative seeks to bolster HIV epidemic control efforts by fostering community-led feedback mechanisms. Funded under the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), the grant aims to strengthen collaboration among local civil society organizations (CSOs), PEPFAR, UNAIDS, and the Government of Eswatini.
The program will focus on collecting client experience feedback to improve the availability, accessibility, and quality of HIV care services. Grantees will coordinate CLM activities, facilitate data collection at facility levels, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement solutions for improving service delivery. The ultimate goal is to enhance service quality, continuity, and retention through evidence-based interventions and stakeholder engagement.
2) Eligibility
Applicants eligible to apply include not-for-profit organizations, civil society and non-governmental organizations, traditional community groups, faith-based organizations, public and private educational institutions, and networks representing key populations and people affected by HIV.
