Description
1) Objective
Through this Call for Expression of Interest, UNHCR Croatia is inviting present or prospective partners that wish to participate in UNHCR’s operations in Croatia and contribute complementary resources (human resources, funds, knowledge, etc.) to pursue common objectives towards strengthening the asylum system and protection capacities in Croatia.
UNHCR and its partners will seek to ensure that asylum seekers and refugees have access to the asylum system; that the asylum procedure is clear, fair and efficient; that freedom of movement is maintained and alternatives to detention are applied; that vulnerable individuals are identified and assisted, including UASC, survivors of gender-based violence (GBV) and torture, etc., and that the inclusion of displaced people is further strengthened.
