Description
1) Objective
The expected result is that primary healthcare services are provided. Main activities include:
1. Maintain and reinforce existing health facilities to ensure free access to primary health care, including maternal, neonatal, and childcare for refugees and host communities.
2. Establish and maintain an effective drug management system to ensure accountability, rational use of medicine and medical supplies and avoid stock-outs in the health facilities.
3. Train cadre in health facilities serving refugees as well as community health workers and other community volunteers.
4. Provide monthly reports to stakeholders and UNHCR Integrated Refugees Health Information System (iRHIS).
5. Delivery of the integrated package of health interventions including medical consultations, immunization, antenatal care and delivery, neonatal and child health, health education sessions, nutritional services, and epidemiological surveillance.
