Recruitement of a national human rights CSO to transform patriarchal masculinities in youth

Description

1)  Objective

Call for proposals to establish a partnership with a national CSO working on human rights to develop and implement initiatives and actions aimed at young people and designed to transform masculinities and patriarchal social norms in favor of a more equitable sharing of unpaid care work and the economic empowerment of women and girls.

This call for proposals is launched within the framework of the UN Women Dare to Care programme, to establish a partnership with a national CSO working for human rights and having experience in the fields of social justice and gender equality, women’s empowerment and/or the promotion of youth participation in gender equality actions in order to develop and implement initiatives and actions aimed at young people and aimed at transforming masculinities and patriarchal social norms in favour of a more equitable sharing of unpaid care and economic empowerment of women and girls in partnership and cooperation with UN Women, the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication and other relevant organisations and stakeholders.

2) Eligibility

Eligible are non-profit organisations.

3) Location

Actions must take place in Morocco.

4) Budget

The budget range for this proposal should be 1,000,000 to 1,250,000 MAD (Min. – Max.).

5) Application

Proposals must be received by UN Women at mcomorocco.propositions@unwomen.org no later than (time) 5:30 p.m. on 12 September 2025.
