Description
1) Objective
They invite civil society organizations to participate in the second wave of the grant competition, which takes place within the framework of the project “Phoenix: The Power of Communities” with the support of the European Union. The purpose of the competition is to support the participation of CSOs in the processes of restoring territorial communities, adapting to martial law conditions, and European integration processes.
Within the framework of the competition, projects in the following areas will be supported:
- development of regulatory and/or strategic documents on restoration issues;
- promoting a constructive dialogue between civil society and local authorities to coordinate recovery efforts;
- providing mental health support, mentoring and employment assistance to strengthen the capacity of communities to function sustainably.
2)Eligibility
CSOs can take part in the competition, namely: charitable organizations (non-entrepreneurial societies, institutions, foundations, etc.), public associations (public organizations, public unions) and other legal entities registered in Ukraine and having the status of a non-profit organization.
3) Location
Actions must take place in Ukraine.
4) Budget
Grant amounts may range from 1 100 000 to 1 600 000 UAH.
5) Application
Deadline for proposal submissions is 27 February 2026.
