Description
1) Objective
UN Women is inviting civil society organizations (CSOs) and CSO networks, that are legally registered in North Macedonia and have specialized knowledge, expertise, and a proven track record in gender equality, women’s empowerment, and participatory processes, to submit project proposals. These proposals should contribute to the objectives of the program “Promoting Gender Responsive Governance in North Macedonia.”
The project is expected to contribute to Outcome 1: The Government advances gender equality and promotes civil society and women’s participation in decision making through gender responsive policies and budgeting processes, and more specifically to the achievement of Output 1.3: Women and civil society organizations are empowered and have strengthened capacities to voice their needs and advocate for increased accountability and financing for gender equality.
2) Eligibility
Eligible are non-profit organisations with the relevant experience.
3) Location
Actions must take place in North Macedonia.
4) Budget
The budget range for this proposal should be $100,000-$120,000 USD.
5) Application
Proposals must be received no later than 17:00 hrs CET on 20 September 2024.
