1) Objective

The U.S. Embassy Kigali Public Diplomacy Section’s Annual Program Statement aims to strengthen cultural ties between the U.S. and Rwanda. 2) Eligibility

Eligible applicants include U.S. and foreign registered not-for-profit organizations, cultural organizations, non-profit or governmental educational institutions, and governmental institutions. For-profit or commercial entities are not eligible to apply.

Actions must take place in Rwanda.

4) Budget
