Description
1) Objective
The U.S. Embassy Kigali Public Diplomacy Section’s Annual Program Statement aims to strengthen cultural ties between the U.S. and Rwanda. It focuses on promoting bilateral cooperation and shared values through cultural, educational, and exchange programming. The initiative seeks to enhance understanding of U.S. policies and perspectives by incorporating American cultural elements or connections with American experts, organizations, or institutions.

2) Eligibility
