The aim is to enhance understanding of U.S. policy and perspectives.
Program areas include academic and professional events, cultural programs, heritage conservation, media training, and experiential learning activities. Priority areas focus on U.S.-Angola partnership, building communication capacity, and skills for success in Angola, and promoting economic growth, civic engagement, and mutual understanding in São Tomé and Príncipe.
2) Eligibility
Eligible applicants include not-for-profit organizations, educational institutions, and individuals. The focus is on civil society/non-governmental organizations, think tanks, and those with experience in similar programs.
3) Location
