1) Objective

USAID, through its office in Dakar, Senegal, is inviting applications for the “USAID The Gambia Malaria Elimination Activity” under a Cooperative Agreement. The program aims to support efforts in The Gambia towards malaria elimination by implementing comprehensive strategies that include vector control, treatment, prevention, and community engagement.

The goal is to significantly reduce malaria transmission and strengthen the healthcare system’s capacity to sustain these gains. Key components of the project include community-based interventions, capacity building of local health workers, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure effective program implementation and sustainability.
