Description

1) Objective

The International Zendal Awards stem from the desire to recognise the work of those institutions, public or private, that develop their endeavours in the fields of animal or human healthcare, and that have demonstrated merits and commitment to achievements related to vaccines, therapies and medicines, prevention, biotechnology and medicine and the One Health concept.

Animal healthcare award: Value of the prize: 25.000€ – In the form of a donation to a public or private institution (University, Government body, N.G.O., Foundation, Research Institute, startup…) that contributes to improve the human welfare within the field of healthcare and disease prevention.

Eligible are public or private institutions.

3) Location

Actions can take place worldwide.

4) Budget

The prize is €40,000.

5) Application

The completion and submission of applications must be made from June 2nd to September 19th, 2025, until 23:59 (Spanish time). The Judging Panel’s decision will be known during the month of October, when the winners of this edition will be contacted.
