Description
1) Objective
UNICEF is inviting Expressions of Interest from qualified civil society organizations (CSO) for a partnership aimed at strengthening child protection systems and supporting the established Childhood Care Units, in collaboration with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (MoLSA). This initiative seeks to enhance child protection mechanisms in alignment with UNICEF’s key programme outcome: ensuring that legislation, policies, institutional structures, and budgetary frameworks meet international standards to protect girls, boys, and young people from violence, exploitation, abuse, and neglect.
The purpose of this Call for Expression of Interest is to identify eligible Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) for a potential partnership with the UNICEF Iraq Country Office to implement activities that support the Social Work Task Force in collaboration with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (MoLSA), as well as the existing and planned Childhood Care Units.

Civil Society Organizations interested in this Call for Expression of Interest are invited to submit a proposal. They must have sector and country expertise.
