How can I prolong my membership?
You can prolong your membership 15 days before it expires.
To do so please go to My Account -> Subscriptions -> Renew.
Then please select the membership level and follow the payment process.
Please note that for Group Memberships (Top Seller and Premium) only the Group Admin can renew payments (this is the person that has done the payment previously).
If you want to change the Group Admin for your organisation, please just drop us a quick line at office(a)triplefunds.com and we will change it immediately.
How can I upgrade my membership?

It means that you can upgrade to a higher membership level:
- from Mini (1 month) you can upgrade to Top Seller (12 months) or Premium (12 months plus 1 donor mapping and 2 proposal reviews)
- from Top Seller (12 months) you can upgrade to Premium (12 months plus 1 donor mapping and 2 proposal reviews)
What do you mean by 'costs will be prorated'?
The payment that you have already made for your existing membership will be deducted from the amount of the new membership that you are upgrading to.
What is included in the Premium membership?
The Premium Membership is for organisations that want to get individual and tailored support from our fundraising experts. It gives you full access to all sections of TripleFunds: two different databases (one for calls for proposals and one for donor profiles), webinars (live and recorded webinars on up-to-date fundraising topics), resource guides (over 50 country mappings and various guides on different donor markets) plus:
- 1 Personal donor mapping: We research many different sources and screen app. 500,000 donors for you. We then select the best 10 matches which we summarise in a document of app. 15 pages. The mapping contains 1 page overview for each donor: name and contact details, thematic interest, geographical priorities, application procedure, previous grant history and grant amounts as well as our insider knowledge if available.
- 2 proposal reviews: You send us your proposals and we comment on all sections on how to improve them: problem statement, intervention logic or impact model, sustainability, M&E, budget, additional annexes etc.
Can I also downgrade?
No, sorry you cannot downgrade to a lower membership level.
