Where can I get my invoice?

Please go to Dashboard -> My Account -> Payments & Invoices: there you can access and print out all your invoices.

Please note that for Group Memberships (Top Seller and Premium) only the Group Admin can access invoices (this is the person that has done the payment previously).

If you want to change the Group Admin for your organisation, please just drop us a quick line at office(a)triplefunds.com and we will change it immediately.

Where can I edit my profile and billing address?

Please go to Dashboard -> My Account -> Edit Profile: there you can edit your billing details, email address and password.

How can I add or remove users to our membership package?

To change group members please go to Dashboard -> My Account -> Subscriptions -> Manage group: there you can add or remove group members and change your group name. The person that was invited by you will get an email with an invitation link to join the group. Once the person registers via that link, his/her membership is active.

Please note that only the Group Administrator can add and remove group members. To change the Group Administrator, please send us an email to office@triplefunds.com.

Please note that the following number of group members are available for each membership package:

  • Mini: 1 person
  • Top Seller: 3 persons
  • Premium: 5 persons

I am not sure how to best use the databases for my research. What can I do?

Our basic search tips are:

  • Start your research narrow by using many filters including the filter ‘Project Country Focus’ as this filter will show you only the hits for your selected country plus 4 others (i.e., if you search for Uganda it will show you all hits including Uganda plus 4 other countries). You will get less hits but very accurate ones.
  • Then broaden your search step by step (i.e., by increasing the country focus). You will get more and more hits.
  • Additionally, you can also use the function Search all site: you can enter your keywords and you will get hits from both databases as well as the resource section and the webinars.

You are also welcome to book a personal Zoom call with us. We will guide you through the search functions and make sure that you get the best search results.

What is the difference between the two databases?

In the database Calls for Proposals you will find specific calls for proposals from grant-givers. They usually have a deadline or a cut-off date until when the application documents needs to be submitted. You will also find foundations that have open application windows (usually with quarterly or yearly submission periods).

In the database Donor Profiles you find a static profile of a donor or in other words a general description.

As an example: you would find USAID in the database ‘Donor Profiles’ with a general description and a specific calls for proposals in the database ‘Calls for Proposals’ with an application deadline, specific objectives and required activities as well as specific budget limits.

Can I export my research data?

For security reasons, you cannot export any data from TripleFunds.

We invite you to mark the entries from both databases in your Favourites by clicking the star. This will automatically add the entry to your Favourite Calls for Proposals and your Favourite Donor Profiles.

Additionally, you can print each entry, save it in a pdf or email it to your colleagues.

I want to change my password. What can I do?

Please go to Dashboard -> My Account -> Edit Profile:  there you can change your password.

Can I upgrade to another membership package?

Yes, you can do so anytime. Please go Dashboard ->Upgrade My Membership where you can chose your new package. All costs will be prorated.

Please note that you cannot downgrade to a lower package.

Is the membership renewed automatically? When and how can I cancel it?

You can cancel your automatic renewal anytime.

Please go to Dashboard -> My Account -> Subscriptions: then go to your active package and click on Cancel.

You will still have access for the remaining time of your subscription that you have paid for. But no renewal will be made and no more payments will be done.

Please note that for Group Memberships (Top Seller and Premium) only the Group Admin can cancel renewal (this is the person that has done the payment previously).
