Call fo civic education projects

Description

1) Objective

The Call for Civic Education Projects aims to strengthen democratic values, the rule of law and civic engagement through high-quality civic education programmes and projects. The Call supports initiatives that provide citizens with the knowledge, skills, confidence and concrete opportunities needed to actively participate in democratic life and contribute to inclusive, participatory and resilient communities.

The Call is implemented through two complementary funding streams. LOT 1 supports the scaling, adaptation, transferability and evaluation of established civic education programmes with demonstrated results, with the aim of expanding their reach and use and strengthening the evidence base for their further development and wider adoption. LOT 2 supports the development, improvement and delivery of civic education projects that increase access to civic education opportunities and create credible pathways from civic learning to civic engagement for specific target groups and communities.

2) Eligibility

Eligible applicants are CSOs that are established and registered in Croatia.

3) Location

Actions must take place in Croatia.

4) Budget

Project grant amount: LOT 1: 150,000 – 200,000 € and LOT 2: 80,000 – 100,000 €. Total available funding is €2,030,000.
