Description
1) Objective
The Call for Proposals (CFP) under the Pakistan Women Leaders Project (2024–2029) seeks Civil Society Organizations to implement a nationwide Mentorship Programme (2026–2028). Through outreach, leadership bootcamps, structured mentorship, and alumnae networks, it aims to strengthen women’s political participation, leadership, and advocacy across federal and provincial levels, fostering inclusive governance and challenging discriminatory norms.
UN Women is seeking proposals from qualified Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) with proven expertise in women’s political participation, leadership development, and mentorship programming to serve as the Responsible Party (RP) for implementing the Mentorship Programme in Pakistan.
2) Eligibility
Eligible recipients include: a nationally registered and reputed Civil Society Organization (CSO) with at least 5 years’ experience in women’s political participation, leadership development, and mentorship programming.
3) Location
Actions must take place in Pakistan.
4) Budget
The budget range for this proposal should be (Min. 185,000,000 PKR – Max. 198,000,000 PKR )

Proposals must be received by UN Women at the address specified not later than 17:00 hrs (05:00 PM) on October 20, 2025_.
