Description
1) Objective
They are pleased to launch a call for proposals for Small Scale Projects (SSPs) for the year 2025 managed by the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Bangkok. The projects can focus on various sectors – for example environment, agriculture, health, education, social services etc. All projects should be based on the principle of sustainability – that is sustaining the benefits for the long term without an additional external support.
2) Eligibility
Only non-political and non-governmental organizations with legal personality in Thailand or Laos can submit an SSP proposal and implement it in the respective country, including: local non-governmental, community and not-for-profit organizations; local academic institutions working on local projects; international or regional non-governmental organizations working with local partners.
3) Location
Actions must take place in Thailand or Laos.
4) Budget
The Czech financial contribution for the project is 200,000 CZK – 500,000 CZK, which is approx. ($8,000 – $20,000 depending on the current exchange rate). Co-financing from other sources is optional but desirable. The total cost of salary/fee, subsistence allowance, accommodation, travel cost and eventual insurance and vaccination of the experts must not exceed 25 % of the total costs.
