Description

1) Objective

This CfP will draw from past experience of implementing previous CSO programs, consultations with CSOs and youth as part of the preparation and mid-term review of the 2021-2027 multi-annual indicative programme. In line with the objectives of the multiannual action plan (MAP) of the thematic programme for Civil Society Organisations for years 2021-2024, the global objective of this call for proposal is to enable local civil CSOs to engage as actors of governance and development in their own right.

The specific objectives of this CfP are:
(i) To promote youth’s empowerment opportunities and participation in policy and development processes and
(ii) To prevent and respond to teenage pregnancies.

Proposed actions should target only one specific objective. This CfP is organised into two lots aligned with the two specific objectives:

  • Lot I: Youth empowerment opportunities and participation in policy and development processes
  • Lot II: Prevention and response to teenage pregnancies.
