Description
1) Objective
The Direct Aid Program (DAP) is a small grants program funded from Australia’s aid budget and managed through the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade’s overseas posts, including the Australian Consulate-General in Bali. The Consulate-General’s Bali DAP is now open for 2025-26 project submissions and welcomes applications from Bali, Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) and Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT). Applications must be submitted through the Smartygrants website (see links below), which are to include a complete budget for the project.
This year the Australian Consulate-General in Bali is seeking to fund individual projects up to IDR 150,000,000 which support, but are not limited to, the following sectors:
- Gender equality, disability, and social inclusion, such as Women’s empowerment and inclusion Disability inclusion.
- Protection of the environment, such as Waste management, Climate change adaptation and mitigation Sustainable tourism.
2) Eligibility
Eligible are NGOs, community groups and other not-for-profit entities.
3) Location
Actions must take place in Bali, Indonesia.
4) Budget
Grants may range up to IDR 150,000,000.
5) Application
The deadline for submitting applications is 26 September 2025.
