Description
1) Objective
The Australian Embassy in Belgrade’s Direct Aid Program (DAP) is now open for project proposals in all three countries of accreditation (Serbia, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Montenegro). The DAP is a flexible small grants program funded from Australia’s aid budget and managed by the Australian Embassy in Belgrade. The embassy welcomes project proposals from capable NGOs, CSOs and organizations seeking funding for the activities/projects addressing the following priorities:
- Promoting human rights, freedom of expression and good governance
- Promoting gender equality and women’s empowerment as a driver for economic growth
- Fostering inclusiveness for people with disabilities.
2) Eligibility
DAP is available to non-profit and civil society organisation, community groups and other entities engaged in development activities in Serbia, North Macedonia and Montenegro.
3) Location
Actions must take place in Serbia, North Macedonia and Montenegro.
4) Budget
DAP project expenditure is limited to a maximum of 20,000 AUD.
