Description
1) Objective
The Hanoi office of the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS) has published the “Call for Proposal Aid 012884/01/0 – Emergency and Early Recovery Intervention in the sectors of Food Security and Livelihoods, Health, and Education to Strengthen the Resilience Capacity of Vulnerable Populations in Myanmar”, with a total budget of 1,300,000 Euros available for Civil Society Organizations (CSOs).
The call comes just days after the devastating earthquake that struck the country on March 28, affecting communities already deeply impacted by the ongoing civil conflict that has ravaged Myanmar for the past four years. The initiative aims to provide life-saving humanitarian assistance to the most at-risk populations, including women, children, the elderly, and persons with disabilities, while also strengthening resilience and access to basic services, particularly in the areas of food security, health, and education.

Eligible are civil society organizations (CSOs) active in the country.
