Description
1) Objective
The LIFSA micro-projects fund is an initiative of the Office of International Cooperation (OIC) – Government of Monaco, in partnership with the Alliance Française de Johannesburg. It aims to support projects led by civil society in the townships of the Johannesburg area in South Africa.
Civil society organizations working in vulnerable areas in Gauteng, in the fields of education, culture, vocational training, socio-economic integration, mobility, sport and social and solidary entrepreneurship are invited to submit their proposals. The project duration specified in the regulations is a maximum of 12 months.
2) Eligibility
All applicant associations must be duly registered in South Africa.
3) Location
Actions must take place in South Africa.
4) Budget
The initiatives selected will receive a maximum subsidy of R160 000.
5) Application
The Call for Proposals is open on 1 July 2024 and will close on 1 September 2024 at 23:59. Applications submitted after 23:59 will not be considered.
