Description
1) Objective
First launched in 2011, the Orange Social Venture Prize in Africa and the Middle East (OSVP) identifies, rewards, and supports entrepreneurial projects that use technology to address social and environmental challenges. Apply by 10 May 2026 for this year’s competition and join an initiative that’s shaping the entrepreneurial landscape across the region.
This year, they are especially encouraging projects that use AI, data, or cybersecurity to create positive impact for people and the planet. Orange is committed to making digital a powerful driver of economic and professional opportunity. Through innovative training programs, targeted coaching and concrete support for entrepreneurs, they use their expertise to help people develop digital skills and strengthen local communities. Their ambition is to support the growth of a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem that fuels job creation and elevates diverse talent.
2) Eligibility
The program is open to young entrepreneurs, founders, or co-founders of startups that have been operating for less than five years, in one of the 17 participating countries across Africa and the Middle East where Orange is present.
3) Location
Actions must take place in selected countries in Africa and Middle East.
4) Budget
The budget is: €25,000 for the overall winner; €15,000 for second place; €10,000 for third place; €20,000 for Women’s Prize.

Applications are open until 10 May 2026.
