Description

1) Objective

UNFPA, the United Nations Population Fund, is launching its new Asia and Pacific Regional Programme (2026–2029), aligned with the UNFPA Strategic Plan (2026-2029) and the ICPD Programme of Action. The Regional Programme aims to accelerate progress toward the three transformative results – ending unmet need for family planning, ending preventable maternal deaths, and ending gender-based violence and harmful practices – as well as strengthening adaptation to demographic change, while leaving no one behind, including persons with disabilities, and ensuring inclusive, accessible, and rights-based programming across the humanitarian–development–peace continuum.

The expected result of this EOI is to create a roster of pre-qualified Implementing Partners (IPs) who can support
UNFPA APRO in implementing the Asia-Pacific Regional Programme (2026–2029).

Eligible applicants must have proven sector and country experience.

3) Location

4) Budget
