Description
1) Objective
The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out a project to assess the current usage of Alternative Dispute Resolution ADR in non criminal lawsuits within the judicial framework of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This initiative seeks to generate an in depth understanding of the current landscape of ADR practices, identify the barriers to their effective implementation, and develop tailored recommendations to enhance the utilization of ADR mechanisms in resolving disputes.
2) Eligibility
Eligible applicants include Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education.
3) Location
Actions must take place in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
4) Budget
The total funding available for the program is $35,000. The maximum award for any single grant is $35,000, while the minimum is $10,000.
