Description
1) Objective
UNICEF Ukraine is launching the Social Policy Civic Actors Accelerator Program (Accelerator Programme), with funding support from FCDO. The Accelerator Programme will equip selected Civic Actors with a support package composed of seed funding, training, and expert advice to help strengthen their knowledge, technical and analytical capacities in social policy, as well as management and administrative capacities to operate effectively and transparently.
The Accelerator Programme will be managed by an experienced national organization (Lead Organization), which will be responsible for selecting national organizations (Partner Organizations) and delivering the support package to them, including disbursing the seed funding as subgrants for the development of social policy research. The Lead Organization will also collaborate with international academic institutions (Technical Partners) identified by UNICEF, which will bring specialized knowledge in social policy to complement the delivery of key components of the program, such as training modules and tailored expert advice.
