Description
1) Objective
The global objective of this call for proposals is: to strengthen participatory democracy and the EU integration process in Montenegro, through an enhanced contribution of civil society. The specific objective of this call for proposals is: to improve youth inclusion and participation in different policy areas and support to youth initiatives.
The priorities of this call for proposals are youth engagement and participation in civic, economic, social and cultural life at local and central level, for example related to:
- Sustainable development
- Environment protection and climate action
- Social innovation
- Culture and Creative arts
- Anti-discrimination and social inclusion
2) Eligibility
In order to be eligible for a grant, the lead applicant must: (1) be a legal person and (2) be a specific type of organisation such as: civil society organisations, etc. and (3) be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with the co-applicant(s) and affiliated entity(ies), not acting as an intermediary.
3) Location
Actions can take place in Montenegro.
4) Budget
The overall indicative amount made available under this call for proposals is €950,000. Any grant requested under this call for proposals must fall between the minimum €900,000 and maximum €950,000. Any grant requested under this call for proposals must fall between the minimum (70%) and maximum (95%) percentage of total eligible costs of the action.
5) Application
The full application together with the declaration by the lead applicant must be submitted online via PROSPECT. The deadline for the submission is 4 July 2025.
