Description
1) Objective
The WGF Movement Grant is a dedicated fund designed to support grassroots and collective movements striving for social change, justice, and advocacy. They are seeking Proposals from Women and Girl Led Movements wishing to undertake advocacy work promoting gender equality and women’s empowerment in Zambia.
The overall aim of the fund is to provide appropriately targeted direct funding to support women and girl-led organisations (WGLOs) in Malawi, Zambia, and Rwanda, with the advancement of gender equality and the rights of women and girls as a principal objective. The Fund specifically intends to amplify marginalised voices and perspectives that are often overlooked in mainstream decision-making spaces.
2) Eligibility
The organisation must: Be a Women and girl led organisation Movement and Be at any level of development as a Movement.
3) Location
Actions must take place in Zambia. The initiative must target communities, and districts in Lusaka and Central province
only.
4) Budget
