FUNCAP Cohort 2026

Our FUNCAP Cohort will kick off in February 2026. It strengthens your fundraising skills to strategically secure grants from philanthropic foundations across the 4Rs combining group trainings and individual coaching:

– 1 RESEARCH: you develop your grant funding strategy and research your best potential funders
– 2 RELATE: you have a clear program model, become visible and start engaging
– 3 REQUEST: you write winning grant proposals that stick using storytelling elements
– 4 RENEW: you communicate your impact and renew your bond

We offer 4 cohorts in 2026 and seats are limited to 24 organisations in total.

What does the FUNCAP Cohort include? 

The FUNCAP Cohort consists of

• 4 group trainings (2.5 hours each) via Zoom covering the content of the 4Rs
• 4 individual coaching sessions (1.5 hours each) via Zoom during which we develop concrete outputs (i.e., fundraising strategy, donor mapping, program model, comms check, proposal review, impact model, etc.)
• 12 months access to TripleFunds including the database, live FUNCAP Labs, webinars and resource guides
• 20+ training videos and templates across the 4Rs
• FUNCAP Training Certificate

What will you learn?

By the end of the FUNCAP Cohort you will have:

• More pro-active fundraising knowledge and skills
• More diversified donor portfolio
• More systematic grant fundraising and management
• More confidence towards funders

When does the training take place?

FUNCAP Cohort February 2026

• Trainings: 10 February 2026, 17 February 2026, 24 February 2026 and 3 March 2026 at 10.00-12.30 CET Vienna time
• Coaching: 4 individual coaching sessions on 4 Tuesdays/Wednesdays after the training

FUNCAP Cohort May 2026

• Trainings: 5 May 2026, 12 May 2026, 19 May 2026 and 26 May 2026 at 10.00-12.30 CEST Vienna time
• Coaching: 4 individual coaching sessions on 4 Tuesdays/Wednesdays after the training

FUNCAP Cohort September 2026

• Trainings: 8 September 2026, 15 September 2026, 22 September 2026 and 29 September 2026 at 10.00-12.30 CEST Vienna time
• Coaching: 4 individual coaching sessions on 4 Tuesdays/Wednesdays after the training

FUNCAP Cohort November 2026

• Trainings: 3 November 2026, 10 November 2026, 17 November 2026 and 24 November 2026 at 10.00-12.30 CET Vienna time
• Coaching: 4 individual coaching sessions on 4 Tuesdays/Wednesdays after the training

Who is it for?

FUNCAP is for small to medium sized organisations working in Africa, Asia Pacific, America or Europe. You need to dedicate app. 8 hours per week for the training, coaching and homework.

How much does it cost and how can I book a seat?

The price for international organisations is €2,400 excl. 20% VAT (€800/person as you can send 3 people from your organisation) and for local organisations it is €1,920 excl. 20% VAT (20% discount or €640/person).
