In this workshop session, participants will be guided through practical ways to use AI tools along the four phases of the grant funding cycle – our FUNCAP framework.

In phase 1 (RESEARCH) you will learn about different AI tools to support your donor research. In phase 2 (RELATE) you will learn about AI tools that support your networking with potential grant givers. In phase 3 (REQUEST) attendees will learn how AI can streamline grant proposal drafting in terms of structure and content. In phase 4 (RENEW) we will show you AI tools that support your impact measurement, including support for specific data collection as well as data analysis and reporting. The facilitators have tested these tools for you and will show you live demos, infusing the presentation with applicable uses of AI and live examples of specific prompting.
